Banking/Borrowing Question

Hi.

If I make a reservation for 8 nights for 200 points (160 from current year points and 40 from borrowed from next years), but then need to cancel 1 night, can I bank those points returned for the one cancelled night to my next use year?

If you are still within your banking window and if you cancel the night more 31 days or more from check-in then yes. MS should return current points from the cancellation and then you can bank those.
