Banking/borrowing confirmation????

Hi all,

We closed on June 13th, but signed and sent our contracts in early May. At the same time we signed the last page of the documents to bank all 220 points for the 2000 use year. When will we notified/do we get notified if the banking went through????

You don't usually get notified. Call Memeber services at 1-800-800-9800 and press 3 for member services. They will be more than happy to confirm this for you.

TNROBIN is 100% correct. Confirmations are only sent out for reservations, and/or modifications to reservations, NOT banking and borrowing transactions. Normaly, they would give you a confirmation number for your records when you bank or borrow. But, because you did this at closing, your name was not in their system and no confirmation number was generated. You can call to confirm as TNROBIN suggested.

If you want to know how I know this, it is because we went through this ourselves.

When we closed, our DVC rep called to let us know that we had closed and also that our banking transaction had been completed (no confirmation number was in the message, though).

I would call to confirm they were banked.

We closed June 20th, banked all 200 points. Signed paper and sent with all the other papers.

Called to make a ressie. And they were not banked!

She banked them and gave me a confirmation #

Better to be safe than sorry.

Hi Guys!!

I just banked a leftover of 32 points from this year to next. They told me to keep track of it myself, and that I would not get a confirmation in the mail. Just off the phone.....

4 days and counting!!!!!!
