Have a question for experts on banking and borrowing....

Here's the scenario...say I have a Use Year of December. I have 38 points left for 2005 which I will bank for 2006 and will get 250 points in December 2006. Do I have only the year 2006 to use the 38 points or when I bank them can I use them in 2007?

I know the answer, but when I talk to Member Services, they keep telling me a different answer.

The points banked from your December 2005 use year can only be used in your 2006 use year, which would be 12/1/06 to 11/31/07. I think you are getting use year and calendar year confused, which is easy with a December use year because most of the dates are actually in the following calendar year.

If you have a December Use Year, you have not yet received your 2005 points. You may still bank your Dec, 2004 points and will have until November 30, 2006 to use them.

You will receive your 2005 points on December 1, 2005 and will have until November 30, 2006 to use them ... UNLESS you bank them which extends their useful period until November 30, 2007.
