Banked points

I will be using DVC for the first time. I have some banked points from last year. When I call to make the ressie will they go to the Banked points firts, by default, or do I have to tell them to use the Banked points for the ressie.

They are supposed to use the banked points first, but it is a good idea to remind them.

At the end of every call, I ask for a status of my points to be sure all is as I expect. It is a whole lot easier to resolve any discrepancies when they happen than it is later!
