Bank/Use question

We have an October use year. I am using some banked 09 and some 2010 points for a may/June 2011 trip. I have 119 points remaining. If I bank those 2010 points, when do they expire? Am I restricted to use them only in 2011 if they become 2011 points? Thanks

Points banked from Oct 2010 year to Oct 2011 year must be used for a trip between October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012 or otherwise they will expire. Once banked they remain banked and cannot be brought back into original use year and cannot be banked a second time into a subsequent year.

Banking and Borrowing are final transactions and the points are locked into the use year they are banked/borrowed into. They will expire at the end of that use year.

October 2011 points could be used for stays 10/1/11 to 9/30/12. You could borrow them to 2010 and use them for stays 10/1/10 to 9/30/11.

If you do not bank them those 2010 points will expire Sep 30, 2011 not Oct 31, 2011.
