Bank Holidays

Just thinking ahead really. We travel next Easter Sunday and were planning to get groceries delivered either the evening of our arrival or the following morning, but that will be a public holiday and I am wondering if everything will be shut. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Easter Monday isn't observed as a national public holiday in the same way as it is here. I'm pretty sure you won't find any businesses closed.

According to info here, the USA don't have a National Holiday at Easter so you should be able to get your groceries delivered on the Sunday/Monday...

I am not sure about groceries, but most of the shopping malls will be shut on Easter Sunday.
We flew back on that day in 2005 and the Florida Mall and Mall At Millenia were both closed.

Most businesses are indeed closed on Easter Sunday but everything will be open on Monday. Nearly everything is also open on Good Friday.

We too found the Florida Mall closed one Easter Sunday - to our surprise.
