bank/ borrow points use year

i need to know if i have 100 points from feb 2002 that were banked and i now have 100 points from feb. 2003, when do i need to use the bpoints by before they exp.

You need to use your points by January 31, 2004. You may not bank or transfer these points. Hope this helps.
