Banana Split Milkshake and Churros?

Where in the parks can we find a Banana Split Milkshake and churros? lol
I saw the Banana Split Milkshakes on some old menus for Finnegan's and Confisco's from Touring Plans but I don't see them on the Universal Menus anywhere. Do both restaurants still have them?
My DH is also obsessed with churros and wants to make sure that we can locate some when we get there. Do they have carts for churros and are they good?

Churros are everywhere and I imagine Toothsome Emporium will have banana split milkshakes. Their menu isn't available yet. Croissant Moon at IOA has them, so I imagine that Boulangerie at Universal will have them too.
