Balloons in room for 1st time WDWer?

Hi, I am new to this board so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong spot!

My best friend is graduating from nursing school in August...and her and I are taking a trip to WDW in September. We will be staying at the All Star Movies Resort. This will be her very first time to Disney and I wanted to have something special in the room for her. I thought that I had read on these boards that you can have balloons in the room when you get there, but when I searched i couldn't find anything! Is this true? How much is it? How do I get it?

I have been to WDW many times, but I haven't had any experience with this.

Just a quick testimony for the Disney florist, I received balloons and flowers in my room and also got flowers for my Disney wedding through there and they were beautiful!! I am going to order flowers and fairy tale cuvee for our vacation this time to celebrate our returning to WDW after 9 years! I am sure your friend will be pleased with something nice from disney florist!!

I was leaving WDW the day before my birthday, and we were staying at the WL. On our last full day there, DBF and I went out to breakfast and when we came back to the room, there were balloons and a card from Cinderella! DBF just asked at the front desk one night while I was getting a caricature (that word looks so weird, but I checked the spelling!) done around the corner. I loved it and it really brightened my day since I was sad because it was almost time for us to go home!
