Balloons and Photos in room at DLR

So, we stayed at the DLR two years ago, and I followed the advice of some folks on this board and called ahead and asked for balloons and autographed photos to be placed in our room for the kids. That was great. I'm wondering if they still do that? I just called the hotel and the person I talked to didn't seem to know anything about it.
