Balconies in value resorts?

I thought I read no balconies in value resorts, but looking at the photos it seems that there are decks around them. Is that the door of your room opening out to the deck, or balconies or windows or what...??

That's just the outside hallway to the room.

The Values and Moderates have exterior door like you would see a motels, therefore no balconies.

The Deluxes have interior corridors and most room will have balconies.

There is a window by the door.

There is a nice sized window beside the door and then an outside corridor with a railing (if you are not on the ground floor). The rooms are simular sized to the mods, but have no inside corridors.
