Does anyone know if the refurbished rooms at the Dolphin have balconies? Just wondering so I can request it when I send my fax.
TIA

I believe they have refurbished up to a certain floor (last I read it was the 5th floor) so I would assume this would include the wings which have balcony rooms.

If you have a "balcony deluxe" room reserved you can probably request a refurbished rooms if it is available. Otherwise you might have to upgrade and depending on how full the resort is would depend if you could do that or not.

From past experience while September is a slow month for the parks it is relatively busy for conventions at the S/D.

Try to search for pictures of the Dolphin and see if the first FOUR floors have any balconies (which I don't think do, but maybe the fourth floor does?).

We will be down in about a week and after having one year of a balcony and one year without, we don't really care. Yes you can get fresh air, but bugs usually end up coming in and with how hot it always is, I'd rather be in the cold and refurbished room.

Would you mind giving an update on the refurbishing when you get back? I'd really appreciate it.:D

I know some of the refurbished rooms have balconies. We were on the fifth floor and the room next door with a balcony was being redone. I think the 4th floor had balconies, too.
