Balboa Park, San Diego

If you could only visit one museum or exhibit in Balboa Park which one would it be?

I'll be in San Diego this weekend for the first time and I'll only have a day or a half day to visit. I want to see the best of the best. (I'll be doing the Zoo on a seperate day).
