bakery show in october

Hi! I´m new here, my husband is traveling to orlando in october for the bakery show and I´m tagging along with my youngest son, we have not been to disney for a years so I´m here looking for advice as to where to stay and where to book online, we are traveling from another country so we like to stay in a disney hotel so we can just take the bus to the park.
