Is there anywhere I can get a cake from inside the Universal Orlando Resort?

I don't think you can. There is a Publix on Turkey Lake Road and a Wal-Mart on John Young Parkway where you can get cakes.

You can get a big cookie. It's smaller than a frisbee and sold at Cresent Moon Bakery at IOA and Beverly Hills Boulergie at USF.

You can get pastries at the Gelateria at PBN. The Piccolo Forno (Little Oven) next to Sal's Market Deli never made it as an actual bakery. Last time I wa there it was a wine shop.

If it's for a special occasion you might be able to get them to bake or special order a cake. I'd try Trattoria del Porto.‡

There is also an Italian restaurant at CityWalk that has slices of cakes, cheesecake, ice cream. Might be another option if you are coming from one of the parks?
