Bakeries-Snacks?

Our plan for b'fast many mornings is to use snack credits at park bakeries to get a coffee and a pastry using 2 snack credits at Main Street Bakery (MK), Starring Rolls Bakery (HS), and Fountain View Bakery (EPCOT). Will this work and has any one used snack credits at the bakeries (I know the pastry should be under $4) Thanks

You might be better served to use one CS credit to get:
- 2 beverages and 2 bakery items

Then you could use the other CS credit to share lunch that day

We had no trouble using our snack credits (grandma had a lovely trip ) but had a couple of CS credits to spend at the end. We got combinations of fruit, drinks and snacks for them. Legitimate CS "meals" not trades as many on DIS like to refer to them.

Fountain View Bakery is now an ice cream shop. I haven't looked too closely but I don't remember seeing any pastries.

Boulangerie at the France pavilion does not accept snack credits for pastries.

The "$4 rule" has been abolished, if it ever existed. The criteria now is whether or not the item is considered a single serving.

I'll let you know in a few days! We're hitting the Main Street Bakery for breakfast on the 19th, and planning to use snack credits instead of meals if possible since we'll be taking pastries back to the room for DH & DD after DS & I go on the trains tour.

Look for my first live report on the 20th or 21st.

Hey Colleen, I am excited for you and hope you have a wonderful trip. Let us know how you utilize the Deluxe credits. Can you also check to see where to best use those snack credits for frozen beverages? I love those frozen slushies and cappuccino's? I can't wait until we go in July with DlxDDP too.

I think only some of the bakeries accept DP snack credits. The France bakery does not accept and Fountainview does ice cream now but I think they are still accepting.
Mainstreet bake shop does accept snack credits or you can use a counter service to get 2 items and a drink.
I think starring rolls accepts snack credits.
