Bahamas Immigration Forms

We sail this Saturday and in filling out my DOCs, I do not have the Bahamas Immigration forms. I guess DCL thought I was a west coast sailing. Anyways when we arrive at the Port, where can I get the Immigration forms? TIA!

There will be CMs there to help you. There are plenty around a large table/desk area so you can fill them out. Or grab and take with you in line.
