Baha Mar in Nassau? Atlantis? A different excursion?

We’re cruising for the first time in March. We’ll have an almost 6 year old and 4.5 year old. Trying to figure out our excursion in Nassau. I know we’re definitely going to want to get off the ship— we’re sailing on the Mariner, so not one of the huge ones we’ll want to stay onboard. Has anyone done the Baha Mar resort excursion? It looks like just access to their water park but no beach access?

I’ve considered Atlantis, but we’ll be going to EPCOT the day before our cruise, so not dying to do the aquarium there. Seems pretty pricey, but maybe it’s worth it?
