Baha Bay water park

I haven't done the excursion but I have been to Baha Mar and Baha Bay. It's a nice water park, but nothing super special. I described it to my friend as a really nice outdoor Great Wolf Lodge. The rides/slides are almost exactly the same. I looked up the excursion price and I wouldn't pay $199 a person to do it.

We are going on a royal Caribbean this summer and its 150 for adults and 75 for kids includes lunch so alot cheaper then with Disney.

That definitely changes the math because food at Baha Mar is pricey. The individual food items are about what you'd see at a theme park so nothing really shocking there, and the quality was generally pretty good. But every item has the 10% VAT plus another service fee (I think 15%) that we don't think was gratuity (at one point, the minibar in our room accidentally triggered and the bill showed that service charge on top of the item and the VAT, so we assumed not a gratuity for the machine). So all that really adds up.

Since you're getting lunch, I would lean toward worth it. Did they give you a list of food options?

Unrelated side note: maybe it's because the park was sort of empty because it was cold when we went, but the bathrooms were always super clean.

It is a limited menu, but I saw a pic of it somewhere and its find. Burger fry type stuff we are easy with that and honestly don't want to waste a ton of time eating.

We decided against it only because of the huge number of ships that will also be in port the same day the Wish is, thinking we might not be as lucky with it being quiet. That's a lot of money if its suddenly packed, we are going to wait until we stop there on a RCCL ship, such a better deal. But wouldn't hurt to see if its a quiet port day before deciding.

We've stayed at Baha Mar twice now.

Baha Bay a good waterpark that is included with hotel stay? Yes.

Baha Bay a good waterpark that you should go out of your way on a cruise excursion for? No.

That said, if your kids like water play, it's better than anything you can get on the DCL ship. They have a great splash zone, lazy river and wave pool. Thrill slides are limited, however. In general, Baha Bay is more younger kid-friendly vs Atlantis if you had to choose
