Is this like a "cooler" version of a fanny pack? Will it hold a camera, keys, wallet, etc like you would with a fanny pack? I suppose it goes across the chest? Can you convert the strap to wear around the waist? I have 2 kids so I know we'll have a backpack with a change of clothes and non-valuables, but I'm also looking for something small to hold valuables. I've done a fanny pack in the past! TIA!
