baggage limits????

Hello! Are there any baggage limits per person to check for the ship??? How about carry ons or day bags?? I am not looking to over pack by any means, but just wondering after looking at the reccomended packing lists! Thanks!

You are supposed to be limited to two bags per passenger, but we've been able to check one of the carry-ons with the rest of our luggage on occasion. I think carry-ons are limited to what you can actually carry, but be aware that it will be an hour or so after boarding begins before you can dump your carry-ons in your stateroom.

Each person is allowed one carry on..and it does have a size limit.

The size limitations for your bags are listed in the documents you receive before leaving.

Unless they've recently changed thing, there is not a stated limit to the number of carry-on bags (and if there is, it's certainly not limited to just one because I know we always have at least two).

Mater-of-fact, we once packed lightly enough for a 4 day trip that we were going to just carry all our luggage on. A CM did convence us to check some of the baggage rather than carry it all, but they never told us that we COULDN'T carry our luggage.

according to the documentation we received, you are limited to two checked bags per person, and one carry on and one personal item (i.e. purse) per person. Carry on luggage cannot exceed 22 x 14 x 8 (the size that can fit through airport scanners).

If you're flying, you definitely want to stick to these limitations so you don't have luggage issues with the airlines. If you're driving between home & the port you can probably get away with additional luggage.
