Bag Search at Parks

Just got back from WDW and one thing I hadn't heard much about before going was the bag search at each park before entering. We did early entry at each park as well as later arrivals. The only time we really had a big delay was at MGM on an early entry morning. The line for people with bags was huge just before opening.

Fortunately, DW came up with a great idea. The biggest items in our fanny packs was our cameras. So we pulled out our cams, hung them around our necks/wrists and folded up the fanny packs and put them in the pockets of our DS's cargo shorts. We were able to get in right away.

Just something to think about before heading out to the parks.

Very good tip. We're going soon and I was wondering about how to manage the bag check lines. They were long at BB when we were there last.
When I go to museums or Library Of Congress to do research I use a ziplock bag as a wallet. Not fancy but it speeds up the search.

Your tip would leave me less exposed and feeling less like a bag lady
