bag check if walker has a empty basket?

We are coming to Disney this Christmas, and my mom is coming with us! We have a question regarding walkers. She just had knee replacement surgery this summer, so she is going to have her walker with her. It has a wire basket attached to it. If her basket is empty does she still have to go thru bag check? (Assuming she has no purse or anything) thank you for the help!

No she can go through no bag line as Long as she has no bags then she fine to go though the no bag line. As Lon as they can see through the basket the security cm at no bag line will wave her through.

I go through the "no bags" all the time on my ECV. Usually the basket has a Nook or papers in it.
