I think both of these things happened BECAUSE they are so big, not in spite of it. And don't get me wrong, I hate WM, but I won't ever single out a company for a mistake any other company could make.

I don't think it's a big deal, but I can see how they would be offended.

Personally, all the cross sells annoy me -- Amazon is the worst, it's almost creepy how much they "know" about you.

What I think is most offensive is the way the media is reporting it. The fact that it also happened on "powder puff girls" and "home alone" makes it into the bottom of some articles. The fact that it happened on "planet of the apes" is at the top of every article. What appears to be a random technical glitch is being made out to be a racist incident.
