I haven't gotten the results back yet, but they have posted the statistics on their web page. The results aren't good:
For April 25, 2003 Exam
Oral: (This is the skills test where you have to write three different materials at 180wpm, 200wpm, and 225 wpm)
Passed 11%
Failed 89%
Written: (I took this ahead of time and have already passed it)
Passed 85%
Failed 15%
Certification Rate: 12%
Now I know those numbers look bad, but they look even WORSE when you consider that there were OVER 100 people that took that test! There are only 8 spots for the new CSR's (they won't post the names until a week after they mail the results) So that's 8 out of over 100 people (I think I heard there were 114) that got their certification. Now I find myself thinking what are the chances that I'm actually going to be one of those eight??? It's pretty SLIM! So I'm pretty bummed out now and if I have to re-take it I'll have to wait until late July and then it'll take ANOTHER four weeks to get the results so it'll be August before I would know anything about that test. I wanted to be working this summer so I could start saving for my disney trip. I wanted to go there (just DH and me) for our anniversary. Well, it doesn't look like that's going to happen
