When i signed up at WDW for vmk i had never played the game and had no idea what i was doing. So I did not get the black mickey ears . oh well....

When you say you "signed up at WDW" do you mean you made a character there? If so, it would come with black ears automatically. If that is not your main VMK person, check their inventory.

strange, it is but there is no ears in my inventory

If you made your character at WDW and did not receive your ears you need to use the contact us button at VMK and let them know.
