Okay I have just bought some more card making accessories! I have bought 2 stamps, 2 ink pads, 2 pots of glitter and some silcoln glue (thanks ladies). I promise, that is the last I am buying for a few months though - now to get to experimenting with the cards etc tonight!

Hi Kirsty. I got hooked on stamps a few months ago. Ill be in big trouble once I buy my first container of embossing powder. This hobby is very addicting , because one technique leads to another.

Hi Cindy!

I have been holding off buying stamps for ages, for fear of getting hooked I think! But I bought such a cite "Merry Christmas" and one and one with a Christmas tree and stars around i, that I just culdnt resist - bought some gold and black ink too - whoops!

I agree I am dying to have a go at embossing, but the cost of the heat gun puts me off enough for now - like you I just know I will become addicted!

My crafting started a year ago with cross stitch, which I still do, but you watch shows and read magazines and your interest gets sparked by other crafts - lethal - but arent we all so creative! LOL

I started embossing by holding the paper over a bare lightbulb. the heat gun is easier, btu the lightbulb will work.
