Backyard BBQ and Hoop De Do ?'s

I am thinking i would like to do one of these shows this year. I saw somewhere (im getting confused with so many sites) that draft beer is included with the hoop de do is it also with the backyard BBQ?
Is one better than the other. I have an almost 4 yr old when we go and am thinking he would like backyard bbq.
Also i see hoop de do comes with strawberry shortcake my DS is allergic to strawberries would they substitute the dessert?

I took my son (4) to the backyard BBQ and he had fun. They get to dance with Mickey and the gang. Also for a nice ending to the evening if there is wishes the night you do the BBQ you can watch the fire works from the WL beach. And yes it does include draft beer and wine.

we do hoop de do everytime we visit wdw. its a more musical type show with lots of laughs for kids and adults alike.

i dont know if they will substitute dessert because it is a preplanned meal but i would call disney and see if that is an option. they are usually pretty good with that kind of stuff.

and to be honest by the time dessert gets there, i'm pretty stuffed anyway.

beer, wine, and sangria are included in the price of the hoop de do.

transportation is a little difficult to get to the fort wilderness campground but after a few times we mastered it.

we take a bus from our resort to the magic kingdom. and then get on a boat outside of the magic kingdom at the docks to the fort wilderness campground. the boat stops at the fort wilderness lodge, i think, so you have to make sure you wait to get off at the campground...

after the show -- we have always had later showings -- there are buses waiting to return you to your resort.

well planned out.

i love it and its just a good night out in disney.
