On our Pre-days and waiting for the rest of the group to make their arrivals over then next few days! Here are some pics of our adventures today!

Our DS, Ian (9), has a hitlist of Stars on the Walk of Fame and a Graumans Chinese Theater that we will be hitting today. We are just hitting some of "Hot Spots" over the next couple of days and doing advanced scouting for our "Own your own time" portions of the trip.

A production crew was outside of H&H getting ready to film something. There were many things going on in the area tonight. To give you a hint, we kept looking for Tom Cruise and John Travolta...

Day 3! Breakfast at Canter's

Day2 Hollywood Stars' Home tour (and Flickr is not playing nice, so I am posting the rest with Photobucket)
We were divided into 4 vans and started the Beverly Hill's 500 to see the stars.

Kevin pointed this out. This is the place that when Sheldon from "Big Barg Theory" want to have a train day, this is where he eats.

We then headed off to the Jim Henson Studios...

Where the real magic happens! The conference room!

Off to the Tam o'Shanter for Lunch!

We then headed over to the Los Angeles Live Steamers, home of Walt's Barn. (This was so cool!!)

Josh D'maro with ABD came over and said "Hello" to us at the barn.

We also had the opportunity to hold a Disney Legend award.

Day 3! Imagineering, The Studios, then off to DL!
We hit Mickey's of Glendale!

The DIS and Dreams Unlimited Travel arranged for us to have Dave Smith give us our tour of the Disney Archives!! Awesome!!

Eagerly waiting your next updates to the TR. We leave a week from today for the BSM starting on Sunday, 8/5/12. Sounds like we will be starting as your trips is ending.

For our pre-day we decided to go to the Regan Library and see the D23 "Treasures from the Disney Archives" exhibit. We were also lucky enough to get tickets to the premiere of "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" at the El Capitan, which will be on the evening of Day 1 when we have time on our own. My girls are so excited.

After the BSM tour, we end the trip with two days at Destination D; 75 Years of Disney Animation at the Disneyland Hotel. Got great rates for convention at the Grand Californian, so we're hoping they can connect our reservations so we don't have to change rooms. If not, no problem...after all, we'll be staying at our favorite hotel next to the Happiest Place on Earth.

Thank you, Tobi!! Fred is coming to see us tomorrow and on a couple of other days on the trip! Very excited!!

Fantastic!! We have added on a couple of days at Disneyland after also and we will be flying back to Texas on the 5th. Sorry that we will miss you. So far the weather has been amazing!! The rest of our fellow adventurers are trickling in and we official start the Adventure tomorrow evening! We are very excited!

I cannot believe the SIZE of those pancakes! I'm a pretty decent eater, but I would hardly be able to make a dent in those!

How much time did you have on your own after the Henson Studios and lunch at Tam O'Shanter? On some TR's it looks like you're back at the hotel around 4:00.

We were back at the Hotel at 5pm. Not much OYO time because of the number sites and surprises along the way.
