We'll be taking the Backstage Magic tour one day next week. How will we get info on meeting place, time, etc? Email? Letter in our room?

Any tips for making the most of the tour? Thanks!

The CM should have given you those details when you booked the tour. You can also call the tour line back at 407-WDW-TOUR.

From the "Know Before You Go" section on the tour information page LINK:

• Please check in next to the blue-and-silver “Epcot Guided Tours” sign posted outside and to the far right of the Main Entrance.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.

Just reporting back - I just now received an email from "ABD WDW TOURS" giving details and FAQs about the tour.....

They'll also call you the day before. We just did this tour in September and it was great. Our guides were awesome! They provide water and some snacks so you don't need to pack that. There is a bit of walking, but not as bad as KTTK or a day in the parks. They bus you everywhere.
