2. Can I keep my fanny pack on most rides? I know it can get wet I will put the contents in a zip lock bag

I put mine on the floor.

On the floor between my feet.

If it is a wet ride I usually have a small rain poncho and I wrap it in the plastic to keep it dry.

From the answers I received there will be no rides that will not allow me to bring my pack COOL!! I wont have to worry about getting some kind of lock to attach it to a hand rail.

There's another post on I think the budget boards raving about the vests with lots of pockets! I might try that for simplicity!

A few years ago, at the CNE there were backpacks for sale with a camping stool attatched. They were in a print I didn't care for, but I sure liked the idea. I kept my eyes open, and a few months later I saw exactly what I wanted in a camping goods store in Huntsville. I bought it, and believe me, it's worth it's weight in gold. I have a seat for all the parades, waiting in line, while waiting for the buses,anytime my feet are tired. I'm the envy of all who see it. It's perfect for Disney. It's just a simple backpack, with a metal X frame to support a sling seat.

I always put mine at my feet but link one strap over my leg. Even at Rock'in Rollercoaster it stayed put.
