Backpacks in clubs?

Can kids bring along a small backpack to the clubs. My daughter has a special pooh bear she likes to carry (she's 3) and even though she would probably keep it in the backpack the whole time, she likes the security of knowing its there.

My dd5 brought her Minney Mouse into the club and they put a wrist band with my dd's name on it so it wouldn't get lost. I am sure it will be fine.
