Backpacks and lockers and lines oh my! Help!

I am paralyzed by fear of bringing our backpack into IOA! We are staying onsite and can arrive early. Is there another locker area (prior to queing up for Wizarding World) so that we can avoid the "locker line"? I just can't survive a day in a theme park without access to umbrellas, itinerary, extra socks, reading material, etc. I want to avoid the wasted time of these scary "backpack" lines and am even okay leaving our stuff at the front of the park.

There are lockers at the front of the park. I believe they're around $10 and give you all-day access.

If you are staying onsite I don't think there is a need for all that stuff since you are so close to the hotels.
