Backlot Express at MGM...Has it Been Open Lately?

I heard the hours at Backlot Express are pretty sporadic and some days they don't open at all....anyone know if they have been open this week at all?

I'm really hoping to grab a late lunch and watch the parade from their
outdoor patio this coming Sunday, May 6th.
