Back up locations for reception

What did ya'll choose for your back up locations for the reception incase you lost "plan A" to a convention or lottery?

We're hoping to have our reception in the St. Augustine ballroom at the grand floridian but I don't have any idea about a plan B incase it falls through.

On Tuesday, Nathan and I have a conference call with our wedding consultant to discuss our back up locations in case we lose to a lottery or convention because we're coming up on our 16 month mark in 3 weeks. I don't mind changing times of the ceremony at the wedding pavilion so much as I pray we don't lose our reception venue by the time the 12 month mark comes. I have no idea where else to have it!!!

What did you all choose and why?

I wouldn't worry too much, there are a lot of rooms in the GF Convention center and the decor is basically the same. So our back-up location for St. Augustine was a few sections of the main ballroom.

Oh, that's a relief!! I thought that since the ballrooms were near each other that if another event was going they'd redirect you to somewhere else. For example, trying to keep two brides seperate or who wants a loud wedding reception down the hall from some quiet event.
