Back up hotel options for port positive?

Does any one have suggestions for good back up hotels in the event of testing (actual names/places)? Ideally one where we might not be trapped in the room the whole time (I’m envisioning a balcony or something not free roaming public areas) and would be sure to have easy access to food. Kids already got COVID - killed our first cruise (not at port thankfully) - but I did not. Since I’ll be the sole adult, it’s not like someone can run out to get x. Just trying to assemble a vague list of actual places to look for rooms in the event of worst case scenario - we cruise out at the very end of typical spring break so probably won’t be able to count on getting a rental car (and it’s a 20+ hour drive home, so I think we’d likely stay put). I’ll get a test right before we leave, and so the chances should be small, just trying to prep.

Which port?
I think the perfect back up would be a VRBO on a beach. Easier to isolate than at a hotel.

I'd also be curious for Miami (or anything within an hour or two really). I've got a backup rental car booked but kind of stumped on figuring out where to stay.
