A little bit about us first...

Me - Ema (34), kind of Disney mad
DH - Jeremy (36) who doesn't remember what Disneyland in Tokyo looked like
DD1 - Mia (almost 6, well 6 in July) who loves everything Disney but is scared of the villains
DD2 - Anya (19months) who is in love with Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse

Day 2!

Woke up to find Pluto in the hotel lobby so we queued for a photo. He was very friendly and Anya and Mia got loads of hugs. He signed Mia's book so she was happy.

After our yummy breakfast we quickly got ready and headed to the park. I wanted to go and see Winnie the Pooh and maybe the princesses. The girls agreed. The queue for Pooh was very long so Daddy took over and played with the girls while I stood in the queue. It was chilly but at least dry. Anya was beside herself when she saw Pooh and somehow being in the queue wasn't an option. She was looking at me as if I was mad to stand in the line when she could just go and give him a hug... Manners, eh...

Then we got into the queue for the princesses to be told that only Snow White and Cinderella would meet us today. Mia was hoping Snow White would sign her book but by the time we got there it was Cinderella and Prince Charming which she was ok with. And while we were waiting in the line (someone was bored ) the two CMs looking after the princesses posed for me

By the time we finished there, it was time for lunch so we went for hot dogs again. They were yummy. I was not feeling very well, think I caught a cold in that rain the day before and hoped a paracetamol would help and cheer me up since I wanted to stay in the park.

After lunch Mia wanted to go to the WDS so we did. Anya fell asleep and we took a chance to have a photo with Minnie before going to see Stitch. I thought it was fabulous!!! So funny and just great!!! Wish it lasted longer than 15 mins though.

On the way out from Stitch we bumped into Cruella who I thought looked very funny by trying to look cross and scary but kept my mouth shut
Mia was a little worried but stil let me take a photo and got an autograph.

Then Mia and me went on the Magic Carpets, another ride we like and when Anya got up we all had our photo taken with Sulley. He was soooo cudly

And it was time for HSM show. We saw HSM1 earlier that day and thought it was wonderful. HSM2 was also brilliant, I though it was very well made, the kids were so enthusiastic and did a great job!!! Not to be missed even if you don't like HSM!!! It made my day and I forgot about my headache and my cold

Then we rushed back to the park to make it just in time for the Oce Upon a Dream Parade. We stood just at the beginning of Main St with a very annoying little boy who kept on smacking me and telling Mia that the characters were not real... I was sooo annoyed at his mum and dad, they didn't say anything to him, just couldn't care less And Mia was trying to explain to him that we met some of the characters and they were real

The parade was as good as what I remembered from last summer, but it was still lovely to hear the song and dance with everyone...

After the parade we slowly made our way to Sequoia Lodge to have dinner in the bar and have a little play before going to bed...

Great photo's again. Great report looking forward to the next part. On Our last trip I overheard DD7 insisting to DD13 that the characters had to be real otherwise Mummy wouldn't be getting so excited everytime she met them.

More great photos. A few weeks ago DD1(6) was talking about Disneyland with her cousin (who has never been) when her cousin told her that the characters weren't real & DD1 refused to believe her! Looking forward to the next installment.

How dreadful!! Bad enough that the little boy was saying things like that but for his parents to do nothing

What a lovely day you had ~ your DDs are lovely I especially like the photo with Pluto when your eldest has a beautiful Minnie dress on, and the family one with Sully is great too.
