Well finally have time to write a mini report. Had a great time. The only hitch was that the Robert Q shuttle bus dropped us off the wrong terminal, so we had to take the airport shuttle to the correct terminal (NOTE: If you are flying Spirit Airlines, don't let them drop you off at Berry Terminal. They fly out of Smith Terminal). Flight going down was a little delayed but got into Orlando safe and sound. The ME was great and was nice not having to worry about the luggage. By the time we checked in, went for some supper and for a quick swim the luggage had arrived. The weather was a little cool in the mornings, but warmed up nicely to the mid 80's. We even saw Devine at Animal Kingdom. The dining plan was great, but soooo much food. Was nice to go but nice to get back home. I need a vacation from my vacation. Already planning for next year!! LOL.

Hugs

Glad to hear you had a good time and look forward to more details when you get the opportunity!!!!!!

Ahh good old DTW! Loved that airport :) So much I actually decided to fly out of there (and be able to see some family in Windsor for a bit) for my next trip to California rather than try to get to Buffalo w/o a car :scared: Definitely looking forward to more trip report though :thumbsup2

We fly DTW all the time. It is the closest international airport to us. Glad to hear you had a great trip. I see you stayed at POR. What are your thoughts on that resort? :sunny:

Isn't that always the way!! :teeth:

So glad you had a great trip - where are you staying next year? Going to try a different resort?

And which was your fav restaurant/meal on the DDP??

Welcome Home, GrannyEv. And since we're having such glorious weather here in London, I'm sending you a great big  because you must have brought back some of that warmth and sunshine with you! :thumbsup2
