back packs in DL

What is the status on bags to take into DL and CA. as we are a group we like to take in atleast one water bottle and maybe a soda or juice---can we take in but leave in a locker. I would rather just carry the water on me. Thanks again in advance. PattyN

There is no problem carrying in individual drinks, as long as they are not alcoholic beverages or in glass bottles. They do not allow picnic baskets and the like. They do allow backpacks, pouches, etc but they will be searched on entry.
