Back on The Atkins and WISH Band Wagon

Hi gang........My beau and I officially went back on our diets today. I have been on and off again since I officially got off it and I am really gonna work hard to stay on it this time. We set specific goals for this year and I even bought a new book to record what i eat and drink in. my old book had day #1 written in it over and over again. So here is to a fresh start!!
I know of course I will need my WISH friends to support me so I don't keep writing day #1 over and over. Thanks gang......I am officially back now.......YEA!
