I'm sorry to say i'm back in the real world! Ahh i didn't want to come home :sad2: Well all in all we had a brilliant stay, without any major issues or demagicating events!

So our adventures included me- Kate (21) and DMum (apparently a secret). We stayed at the New York Hotel from 28/11-01/12 and flew Easyjet from Liverpool.

Day 1
We arrived into Paris CDG T3 to a massive huddle of people at passport control- no queue or real system and just one officer on duty. We missed one bus whilst waiting 20 mins in this queue, but it wasn't a long wait until the next one arrived at 10.45am.

By 11.30 we got the hotel and were able to get into our room straight away. The bus took a slightly different route around the hotel than advertised but it worked in our favour. At this point we quickly added some more layers and bounced out to DLP :wizard:

I got that tingly feeling as we walked down main street and caught the first glimpse of the castle. I hadn't made any specific plans for the day as i expected it would be rainy (weather forecast) in fact it held off til 5pm ish. We did SM, BTM, Pinocchio, IASW, ST and Buzz x 2. I realised after the first attempt that unlike the Orlando version you have to keep pressing the trigger, holding it down = no scoring!!!

We went to Victoria's for croque monsieur (sp?) which i'd never tried before and they were huge. I suggested we could have shared one, but DM quickly shuffled hers away from me so i took it that was a no! Then we watched the Xmas parade which was lovely although the song was a little annoying after a while. :confused3

As it was raining more we decided to leave the park and do a bit of browsing around the DV (ok buying  ) and a little later we had tea at PH followed by a haagen daz ice cream and by then it was time to head to bed- we had been up since 4.45am  Very nice snuggly duvet's BTW

p.s. i do have some photos but they're on my camera and need downloading!

Rather than writing out lots more of my trip report i thought i'd attach a link to a few of my pictures to get you in the disney mood. Our fantilusion pictures didn't really come out so i haven't added them. One thing that we were confused about in that parade was the people that were cloaked and pushing something in between most of the floats- what were they doing and meant to be?

Hi Kate
Nice to hear you had a great trip! JUst saw your photos. They are fantastic. :thumbsup2
It's funny. I chose nearly the same things I took a picture of. The Santa Clause, the christmastree in that perspective, two pics of the winterwonderland show, where the characters are on the sleigh and dancing like on your pic and some more. But my piccies are really not as good as yours. If I write a report and post picures, I could say look that's the christmas tree, but the nicer version of the piccie has smileyk8. :teeth:

Great start :goodvibes

Did you have a word with them?! Because things were much more organised when we arrived on Thursday!! :teeth:
