It's to bad you didn't tell the rude CM that if they couldn't treat you with resect you'd just wait for the next available CM. A rude CM obviously didn't ruin your stay but they shouldn't get away with that kind of treatment. When someone treats me like that I get so DANG sweet I'm sure it drives them nuts
