So they were correct about changing your Category but could have been nicer about it.
I have never had issues with kids running up and down the halls. The place is always quiet and the other guests are quiet and courteous. We have never had any issues there but like everyplace else it could happen.
So the OP didn't like it there. He/she does not have to. Everyone likes different things. Maybe someday he/she may give it another chance once the frustration wears off.
