Back from poly 10/3--10/10

We just got back from our honeymoon and had a great time at the poly. The only complaint that we had that we were in a room with a ajoining door to another room. The 4th night that we were there somone had opened their side of the door and knocked and was trying to push the door open. This would have been fine if it was at 1:00 in the afternoon but it happened at 12:30 in the moring. My wife was really scared so I called the front desk, the CM at the front desk had the attitude "Okay, so what do you want me to do about it" this is not something you want to hear when you spend 6,000 on a trip. I went to the front desk in the moring and spoke to another cm who was much more understanding and told me that they would leave a message for the guest in that room explaing that they were in a room with a joining door that connects the room and to try to be respectful to the guest next door. After that we did not hear anything again. Ohter than that we had a great time, good wheather. and anyone who is planning to go to Victoria and Alberts, it is def worth the money, and would go with the wine pairings.

What building and view did you have? How did you find it?

V&A is very special isn't it?

Perhaps your neighbor was trying to find the loo in the middle of the night and was disoriented? Let's hope it was something like that.

Did you try Kona, 'Ohana or room service?

Completely unprofessional

With all i'm reading online these past months is sure seems as if the POly needs to train its CMs better.
