Glad you had a great trip apart from the hiccup at the airport.

CDG is a horrible airport but in their defence they were very good to us the year we got stuck there overnight due to a general strike.

The exact same DCL holiday? I would love to do it one day but DH is reluctant. It would be my idea of bliss.

Our shuttle driver in October had us almost miss the flight and demanded we pay ¬20 which was outstanding on our bill but we refused as they had been 30mins late to collect us from DLP and on the journey to the airport they got lost ( i was looking at satnav on my phone) which took us 45mins out of the way and on the day we had arrived they were 1hr 20mins late to meet us at the airport. Plus DH was in hospital at home after collapsing so I was already up the walls. I could say never again but they are paid for the next trip eeek.

That's horrendous! I can't imagine how stressed you must of been.

We won't be going to DLP now again for a good couple p years just have other places in the world we would like to see. If we were to go back I'd quiet like to use the Eurostar even though it is so far away from us.

Glad they were able to help you. Just this one woman was horrible but puts a damper on the airline/airport
