Just back a few hours ago (May 20) from our first trip to WDW. I am so glad for absolutely everything posted on this board. It was such a big help!
Weather was perfect--couldn't have asked for better. CBR was wonderful and beautifully landscaped. Couldn't keep our eyes off the plants and palms. Lots of kids there, but everyone relaxed and mellow.
Bus service was great, except for a few occasions (which I suppose is to be expected). We were in Aruba right by the bus stop. (great location)
Parks were (to my eyes) minimally crowded with a 20 minute wait the longest we encountered the whole time there. The Tower of Terror was longer, but it ran into our dinner time so we skipped it.
Wishes was beautiful, meals were pretty good (but PRICEY!!), and Downtown Disney was fun too.
Even Mears worked out pretty good--I was really worried there! The worst thing of the whole vacation was the plane turbulence (blahh........) and my pre-teen daughter whining on Tuesday and Wednesday to get back to our room to catch American Idol--LOL...
Thanks for all the great advice!!
