Back from ASMovies

Movies was great! I think I will never be back and stay off site.
We arrived at 11:30 a.m. and the room was ready! In the building we wanted (101 dalmatians Boy dog). Excellent location, (I think even better than Fantasia) close to both pools. close to food court and buses. Excellent. It wasnt small for us (2 adults and 2 children) Parking close. Great

We are heading to ASMO Oct 22nd-30th. We love it. The rooms are a little small but we don't spend much time there. So it is perfect for us.

I'm glad to hear you had such a great time! I was at the All Star Movies for the first time last month, and loved it. It was only me traveling for a long weekend (Friday - Monday), and the room was perfect for one person. The All Stars are great!

We love ASMo too! We were there in April and stayed in the Dalmatian bldg. as well. It was an awesome location, you're right! We had an awesome view of Pongo directly outside of our window. The kids were just thrilled!

We are trying Pop Century next week. I hope we enjoy it as much as we did The Movies!

Glad to hear that you loved ASMo.

As you can tell by the counter, we will be staying at ASMo in no time, Aug 9th-Aug 13th.

DH and DS are getting excited about the trip. DD is all excited about Cinderella, and me, I am all nervous about the trip. LOL!!!
First family trip, so I guess that can be expected. Once we get to Disney, I will be able to relax.

hey thelittlemermaid....we are staying at ASMo also--aug 11-13.....maybe we'll see ya there!! don't forget your LIME green!! it's also our first family trip (only going to MK).....
i do have a question for all those who've been to ASMo. since we are only going to be there 2 mornings, i am bringing individual cereal with us (small, plastic cereal filled bowls with pull-off foil lids--found at target for $.74ea!!). anyway, i know you can purchase milk there....i've read to check the price between the food court and the gift shop...the gift shop sells milk?

I'll be looking for the lime green. LOL!! I have been thinking about finding a plain lanyard and writing my username on it.

We will be staying in the Fantasia building. By the time you arrive, just look for a woman running around going mad cause of her kids, that will be me. LOL!!!

bubbas mom. yes the gift shop sells milk, and cookies and other things.
by the way the one thing I dont liked very much was mousekipping.
no towels no toys in windows no nothing.

if you can't find a lime lanyard, maybe you could tie a lime bow or wrap lime ribbon?? i have a lime MM head paint sample from Home Depot........
we should be staying in buzz building. if you see a very tall 5yo boy freaking out by the Herbie car, that's us .....

and ranokid--thanks for the info. we are not the type to spend time in the room....heck, sometimes we post the "do not disturb" just so housekeeping stays out!! not tooooo worried....like i said, only 2 nights there....and unless it's a CAR toy, my son probably won't care... .....but, thanks again for the input....I LOVE IT!!!!!

We were there in June....first time at an AllStar and we really loved it. We were in the Herbie the Love Bug building, and it figuted since that was the only movie of those featured that I had never seen! But it was a quiet building, almost never heard anyone! But you can hear those toilets flushing, LOL! All in all, a great experience. I'm thinking of going solo next year, and if I do, I'll be back.
