My family and I had great time on or first trip to the World in April! However the day that we visited MK the crowds were unbearable, so we had to leave by 1 pm. We stayed at the Poly and our four kids LOVED it!!! Needless to say, due to the crowds and it being our first time, we missed a lot. Sooo, I have booked the 5 for 7 deal November 2 - 9th. I read in all the guidebooks that this is a pretty non-crowded time of year. But now I hear that it is Jersey week and that the parks will be mobbed. Also, someone else posted that the weather is not good in early November. HELP PLEASE.....I don't know if I should try and change our plans........

We went during the Same time period last year. It wasn't so bad. We really never felt the crowds until later in November(around Thanksgiving). We were there for SuperSoaps weekend which was also Jersey Week which was also the last week of Food and Wine Festival thru until the week just before Thanksgiving. There were little lines (except at Mission Space and Test Track in Epcot). The weather was cooler in the evenings but really nice. It rained 2 days we were there, closer to the middle of November and only off and on- there was never one day where the sun didn't shine at all.
You should be fine going when you are planning to go. We are actually going back again this year (Oct 25 until Nov. 8).
Happy Planning.

Do not let the words"Jersey Week" scare you. We were there last year and had no problem with crowds. It is more crowded in the summer. We had hardly any waits for the rides, and the weather was o.k. I believe the last 2 days we had cloudy and cool days. The Food and Wine Festival is fun also. And my opinion is that the Magic Kingdom is always crowded. Hope this helps!

We were also at WDW last year in early November and it was a little crowded. Not too bad though! :) I thought the weather was great! It was warm during the day and cool (Not cold) at night. We wore sweatshirts or wind breakers in the mornings and evenings, but we did wear shorts every day!

It's really hard to find a "perfect" time to go - when the weather is just right and there are NO crowds. I've heard there are very low crowds in January, but sometimes it's actually freezing then! :)

Sept - still very hot - low crowds
Oct - nice weather, but Halloween party and Food and Wine Festival attracts some crowds
Nov - Jersey week, Super Soap Weekend, Thanksgiving, Food and Wine Festival
Dec - Christmas decorations and party

I think November is a great time to go! Have fun!
