Babyswap ?

Only for rides with a height limit. The whole group must show up so that the ride greeter will see that there really is an undersized child or baby.

A rider switch pass is a pass in which a CM at the entrance of the ride they will give you one if you have a small child who doesn't reach a height requirement and it gives you the ability to in front of the line so you don't have to wait .One person has to wait in line like everyone else and then you go back after the ride is over and give the pass to your partner or who ever wants to go on the ride , basically its the same thing as a fast pass works the same way . Sometimes they let you go in the exit but most of the time you go through the fast pass line. Its a great idea they came up with I used it many of times when bringing my 2 year old , plus there is no expiration on the pass they give you so you can go back at anytime its good for two riders .

It has also been used when a child is asleep in the stroller and not able to ride, even if there is no height requirement (POTC for example).

We were also able to use it on Toy Story Mania....

If you combine Baby Swap with Fastpasses, it's even better! :goodvibes

We had a blast over Easter using this combo! The best part is say you have a party of 4 plus one baby, you get 4 fast passes, two go into the fast pass line two stay behind with the baby and a switch pass. When the first two are done the next two get to go without using their fast passes and get to save them for another ride!
Too cool! We hit so much riding this way! It's the best and I learned it from these boards :)

LuLu, this is my most favorite touring strategy! We have used it successfully with our kids for a while now. We Love, Love, Love it! You get twice as much bang for your buck. KWIM?

Can I get clarification on this, please?

Can it be used this way: Get 2 FPs to Indiana Jones, return to FP line at appropriate time, get a baby swap pass ... my oldest DS and I use FP for the ride and then DH and middle DS use the baby swap pass for their turn, i.e., they do not need FPs?

In the meantime, we can get two more FPs from the two other DL tickets at, for example, at Space Mountain. Rinse and repeat from above?

Is that what you mean by this? Thanks!

Can you believe we have NEVER done this at DL or WDW?!? No one other than me has liked thrill rides, but the minds are sloooowly opening to the possibilities of going on the "scarier" stuff so I think we'll be able to take advantage of this for the first time!

Well, like I said on another thread, same subject...... once when I saw a couple with a baby, who was being a wild child at the time, another couple was still good enough to swap with them, but then the first couple decided that they liked their baby so much, because she was so quiet, and not wild, to keep her. That was ok with the other couple because they had wanted a more lively child. For they were born to be wild. The other couple not so much.
