Babysitting Question

Can families not staying at a particular resort still use the babysitting clubs that are at the resort? It seems like all of the clubs - i.e. Simba's Club, etc. -- are at the Deluxe Resorts. We're staying in CBR beginning this Friday evening, and are looking for a night out next week. Like others, we're a bit reticent about having the kids in the room with a sitter -- we have 3 (2 ours and 1 for the other couple we're with) -- so we're looking for other options. Anyone know the answer?

Anyone can use the babysitting clubs as far as I know. My kids have been to Cub's Den at WL and love it. You can make reservations ahead of time by calling the WDW dining number.
